Vendor & billing documentation for Secaro

  • Updated

Some customers' accounts payable or procurement teams need standard documentation before they'll process payment to Secaro — bank details, tax forms, or a VAT number. This article brings all of it together in one place, so you don't need to raise a ticket to get it.

Before you start

We don't typically need to be set up as a registered vendor. Secaro is a software subscription service, similar to platforms like Microsoft or LinkedIn, rather than a supplier of goods — so in most cases you can process payment to us without a full vendor onboarding record.

This article is for your accounts payable or procurement team. You don't need to log in to Secaro, or hold any particular role, to use the information on this page.

Documentation you may need

  • Yes. If you're paying by bank transfer, or your accounts payable team needs our bank details on file, you'll find USD bank details attached at the bottom of this page.
  • Yes. Secaro is a UK company. If your process requires a W-8 form on file, you'll find our W-8BEN-E form attached at the bottom of this page.
  • UK VAT number is 926 3244 29
  • 2 Degrees Limited, trading as Manufacture 2030, changed its trading name to Secaro in December 2025. All other company details stay the same, including the legal entity name of 2 Degrees Limited — you can check and confirm this yourself on the UK government's Search the register service. A signed confirmation letter is attached at the bottom of this page.
  • We don't usually sign a vendor contract, as our product operates as a software subscription service. All the terms that would normally sit in a vendor agreement — including data handling — are already covered in our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Need something else?

If your team needs a specific form we haven't covered here — for example, a vendor approval form, an ACH enrolment form, or anything requiring a signature — contact us via the request form. Depending on the request, we'll help where we can. As a subscription service rather than a registered vendor, we may not always be able to complete forms designed for full vendor onboarding.
