How to use the supplier engagement dashboard (Buyers)

This article explains how to use the supplier engagement dashboard in Secaro. The dashboard gives you a top-line overview of how your suppliers are engaging with your data requests and the progress they’re making in their Action Plan.

You can view this data at either the supplier organization or the individual facility level using the tabs at the top of the page.

 

Supplier engagement dashboard

To navigate to the supplier engagement dashboard:

  • From the top navigation bar, select Analyze, then select Supplier engagement.

Supplier dashboard

The Suppliers tab shows engagement data summarized at the supplier organization level, with all facility data rolled up into their parent organization.

Requests

The Requests section shows the status of your data requests across your supplier base:

  • Total suppliers – total number of suppliers who have been sent a data request
  • Completed – number of suppliers with a completed data request
  • Active accounts – number of suppliers who have received a data request and set up a Secaro account
  • Accepted – the number of suppliers who have accepted a data request
  • Rejected – the number of suppliers who have rejected a data request
  • Undeliverable – the number of suppliers who have had their data request emails bounce
  • In progress – the number of suppliers who have accepted a data request but not shared any data
  • SBTi – the number of suppliers with a validated Net Zero target published to SBTi criteria

Actin plans 

The Action plan section shows the progress suppliers are making on their action plans:

  • Completed – the number of suppliers who have completed an action
  • In progress – the number of suppliers who have an action in progress

Facility dashboard

The Facility dashboard shows the engagement data at the individual facility level. To access this view simply select 'Facility data tab'

Requests

The Requests section shows the same metrics as the Suppliers dashboard, with the exception of SBTi:

  • Total facilities – total number of facilities who have been sent a data request
  • Completed – number of facilities with a completed data request
  • Facilities with active supplier account – number of facilities who have received a data request and set up a Secaro account
  • Accepted – the number of facilities who have accepted a data request
  • Rejected – the number of facilities who have rejected a data request
  • Undeliverable – the number of facilities who have had their data request emails bounce
  • In progress – the number of facilities who have accepted a data request but not shared any data

Action plans 

The Action plan section shows the same Completed and In progress metrics as the Suppliers dashboard, and also includes forecast decarbonization percentages based on the actions facilities have adopted:

  • Completed – the number of facilities who have completed an action
  • In progress – the number of facilities who have an action in progress
  • Decarbonization percentage lower than 2% – facilities with a forecast decarbonization lower than 2% per year
  • Decarbonization percentage between 2-5% – facilities with a forecast decarbonization between 2-5% per year
  • Decarbonization percentage higher than 5% – facilities with a forecast decarbonization higher than 5% per year

Decarbonization percentages are derived from the average annual percentage change over 20 years from the facility baseline year, based on actions adopted. 

Filter and export 

You can filter the dashboard by country, label, or year using the controls at the top of the page.

To export data:

  • Select the Suppliers or Facility dashboard depending on the level of data you want to export.
  • Select the filters you want to export using the year drop-down.
  • Select Export in the top right corner of the dashboard.
