FAQs
-
By default, the report page only shows reports that are not started or in progress to help you focus on current work.
To view all reports, including historical ones, select “See all facility reports”.
If you still cannot find a specific report, contact our support team for assistance.
-
Reports from previous years (e.g. 2024 and earlier) may appear as overdue if they were not completed before data migration.
We recommend reviewing any incomplete reports and submitting the missing data where possible.
-
Your report may be located in a different section depending on how the data request was set up.
If your customer requested an organisation-level report, it will appear in the organisation reporting section rather than the facility reporting section.
Check both sections to locate your report.
