This article explains how your organization is created in Secaro and how to set up user accounts.
- In Secaro, each organization is represented by an organization profile, which connects to individual user accounts.
- Your organization will be created by the Secaro team, and the first user account will be set up at the same time.
- Once your organization has been created, additional team members can register for their own accounts and request to join.
Create an Organization
The first user created for your organization will have their account set up by the Secaro team. Your Key Account Manager (KAM) will create both the organization and first user account, and send an email invitation to log in.
To create your organization, your Key Account Manager will need to know the following information:
- Organization name
- Organization address
- DUNS number (if available)
- Primary contact name and email address
- Any additional team members who require access (name and email for each)
💡Before your organization can be created, your Key Account Manager will confirm which data report questions your organization wants to ask suppliers. The account cannot be created until these questions have been agreed.
Create a user account
Once your organization exists in Secaro, new team members can create their own user accounts.
- Go to Secaro’s registration page
- Enter your work email address (🚨If your email is already registered, you’ll see a warning message and you’ll be redirected to the platform login page)
- Enter the rest of your personal information
- Secaro will automatically match your details to your existing organization
- A request to join will be sent to your organization’s admins for approval
📩Once approved, you will receive an email confirming your access to the platform.
Log in
Once your account is set up, you can access Secaro at any time through the platform login page. For quick access, it’s recommended to bookmark this page in your browser.
- Go to the platform login page
- Enter your username and password.
- Select Login.
