Reset password
If you can’t log in or need to change your password for security reasons, please follow the instructions below.
- Go to the platform login page
- Select forgot password to request a reset link sent through email. (🚨Password links expire after a short time for security)
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
- Select the link in the email.

Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
The admins of your organization may require multi-factor authentication for all users to increase account security. If enabled, you will need to set up a time-based one-time password using an authenticator app on your next login.
After multi-factor authentication is turned on, follow the on-screen instructions to scan a QR code or enter a code into your authenticator app.
